  1. MONETIZATION

"Freemium"

The basic version of the DAO will have open code and will be distributed for free. Creating a basic DAO variant(s) on the Platform will also be free, only gas fees will be required. It is assumed that this approach will make the JMC DAO model and the Platform popular and will lead to demand for services for customization of the DAO. Although setting up the parameters of the newly created DAO does not require coding skills, there will be a demand for expertise on the work of the Platform and an understanding of what settings are optimal for a particular purpose.

We see two main ways to monetize the Platform:

1. The DAO Setup Wizard will charge for IT and legal support from those client DAOs who are not satisfied with using the basic version of the DAO. This may be a regularly paid "subscription service fee" (similar to paying for SaaS services);

2. Platform's markups (add-ons) to the cost of gas payments for any customer actions on the blockchain/Platform (voting, token distribution, etc.).

Payment for these Platform services will be carried out by client DAOs in Platform tokens (which can then be used by the Platform to reward staking). It will be make sense for client DAOs to buy Platform tokens and stake them. All this, in the end, will work to create demand for the Platform tokens.
