  1. THE JMC DAO MODEL

Basic Version

JMC DAO is an open code solution – a standard code that has a large number of customizable variables, and offers a "default" version of the Investment DAO (in fact, the most complicated version of a DAO).

The basic version of the Investment DAO will provide standard settings covering the basic functions:

· Election of the Board of Experts, Protector and DAO Manager;

· Formation of the DAO Treasury by exchanging your own DAO tokens for a given list of cryptocurrencies;

· Voting on blockchain with the participation of Experts, Protectors and DAO participants (via staking) on the financing of the proposed Investment Projects;

· Voting by DAO participants via staking on the blockchain on the Proposals put forward;

· DAO Treasury management, including the allocation of funds to the Investment Projects approved by voting (transfer of these funds to the wallets approved by voting according to a managed schedule);

· Creation of wallets with multisig functionality, where the DAO Treasury can transfer funds so that these can be further transferred to the "white" list of recipient wallets.This list may include wallets of SPVs that make up the legal shell of the DAO. The SPVs of approved investment projects, companies-end recipients of investments, approved service providers, etc. This will minimize the risks of inappropriate use of funds received from the DAO;

· Customizable algorithm of DAO Treasury actions for receiving cryptocurrency proceeds (income) from Investment projects and direct them to (1) buying DAO tokens back from the market; (2) the distribution of income among DAO participants; (3) the creation of a reserve for future reinvestment and expenses; (4) placement of temporarily available treasury funds in "permitted" DeFi protocols;

· Rewards for Experts, Protectors, Manager and other persons involved in DAO activities (Agents);

· DAO reporting on blockchain;

· Ability to customize DAO settings.

Thus, the JMC DAO model can be used to create organizations whose members jointly manage finances and make decisions through their decentralized management apparatus. The model can be used by DAO creators in the basic version or customized to individual needs with the help of the Platform-the DAO Setup Wizard.
