Agent

An agent is an active participant in the DAO who carries out certain activities (work) in the interests of the DAO, for example, origination of interesting investment projects, assistance in establishing necessary contacts, concluding agreements, performing part of the internal work of the DAO, etc.

The Agent receives payment from the DAO Treasury in case of approval of the relevant Investment Project (such expenditure is approved by the DAO together with the approval of the Investment Project) or on an ongoing basis in accordance with the approved Budget Proposal. Thus, the participants of the DAO can become its agents in search of attractive investment opportunities or its employees.
