2. DAO Token Holders, Experts, Protectors, Manager, Agents

DAO token holders can be assigned to different tiers, depending on the GT balances, terms of their GT holding on wallets or in staking, terms of being an Expert, Protector or Manager, reputation (see below) and put their governance rights, as well as staking rates, depending on the tier the participant belongs to. For example, when setting up DAO, it will be possible to determine which DAO GT holders (tier) and under what conditions (e.g., size and terms of Sponsorship fee) can make Proposals for appointment/replacement/dismissal of Experts, Protectors and Manager.

In setting up the DAO, it will be possible to determine:

· The size of the Panel of Experts and Council of Protectors.

· What is the minimum number of GT (or no limit) an Expert, Protector, Manager, Agent must own. Whether it is mandatory to "fire" an Expert/Agent if they no longer meet these requirements as a result of their token sales.

· How many Proposals per week-month-quarter can be made by Experts, Protectors, Manager, participants with large and small GT balance (different tiers).

· What are the minimum and maximum terms for the election of Experts, Protectors and Manager, after which the corresponding credentials must be reconfirmed.

· How many votes each Expert and each Protector has. Whether there are positions of Chief/Senior Expert and how many votes they have.

· Whether the Council of Protectors can block DAO Voting decisions (or only Expert and Protector Vote).

· Whether to disable/enable the Protector function.

· Interpretation of whether a Protector abstained: a vote for or against.

· Whether the Manager is an Expert by default.

· Whether the Expert can serve as the Project Manager.

· Standard options of bonus vesting: in what cryptocurrency, how often (monthly, quarterly, annually), for how long (half a year, a year, two, three, etc.).

DAO Contributor Groups (Committees) — a prospective separately activated module (not in the first version of the Platform) that will allow to create separate Groups (Committees) to consider Proposals of a certain focus (not related to investments), including:

· Compensation Committee, which determines renumeration for Experts and Agents;

· The DeFi Analysis Committee, deciding which DeFi protocols to use to hold free balances in the DAO Treasury;

· The Legal Committee, which deals with issues relating to the DAO legal wrapper.

Committees can make decisions on issues related to its area of competence through the voting of their members on the blockchain (similar to the Experts & Protectors vote) and then put them to the DAO Voting Type II (holarchy-style).

DAO Contributor Reputation is a prospective separately activated module (not in the first version of the Platform). "Reputation" of the DAO contributor is defined not only by quantity and terms of possession of GT tokens, but also can take into account quantity of the Proposals and (yielding) Investment Projects initiated by the participant and approved by DAO voting; active participation in DAO voting, including the approved Proposals and Investment projects; work on DAO for some time; or opinion of a special Reputation Committee.

The role in the DAO, the tier, reputation and set of rights of a DAO contributor can be fixed in the form of the NFT minted by the Platform.
