5. Proposals

When setting up the DAO, it will be possible to determine the parameters for submitting and voting for different Standard Proposals and classes of Standard Proposals:

· The minimum balance of GT on the wallet required to make a Proposal, the minimum period for maintaining such a balance on the wallet of the initiator of the Proposal.

· Sponsorship Fee:

o Whether there is a non-refundable fixed fee payable by the Proposal initiator and its amount;

o Whether the Proposal initiator can make an unlimited Sponsorship Fee that will be used to reward the staking of votes supporting the DAO participants' Proposal (de-facto purchase of votes);

o Whether the Sponsorship Fee can be in the form of staking fixed amount of tokens in support of the Proposal until the end of voting and its size;

o Sponsorship Fee staking return order: unconditional refund to the initiator of the Proposal after the end of voting in whole or in part (with or without deduction of the fixed non-refundable fee received by DAO Treasury); transfer to DAO Treasury in full amount, if the Proposal is not accepted.

· Sizes of staking rewards.

· Whether an Expert, Protector or Manager, by virtue of their status, can make a Proposal without a Sponsorship Fee or without having enough GT in their wallet to make a Proposal. Whether or not tenure in these positions affect this type of privilege.

· The minimum support threshold for moving a Proposal from the Proposal List to the Voting Queue.

· The priority of the Proposal (determines the place in the Voting Queue) if it has a minimum of support.

· The minimum Proposal approval threshold for the DAO Voting Type I.

· Whether there is a Ragequit option for those who disagree with the approval of such Proposals.

· Whether the Proposal implies a certain delay in execution if it is approved by the DAO voting and the period of such delay.

· If the Proposal is rejected, after what period can it be re-submitted to the DAO voting.
